Updated: Aug 7, 2020

👩🏼🧒🏻 The truth is Generation Z do not want to be sold. So, how are you going to sell to this age group?

If your company's target audience is parents or Generation Z, I have some interesting news for you.⁣

How can your company inspire the youth or parents to trust you?⁣ Here is what I learned about Generation Z by using Tik Tok every day for the past 3 months.

Generation Z Do Not Want to Be Sold

If you plan on sharing posts that tell people to Buy Now, you might want to press the delete button.

Generation Z want to learn new topics that are not readily available in school. Most appreciate educational content that tells a story.

The younger generation want to see your content more than once to feel the need to follow you on social media. The more that you can add value to this audience, the better.

Generation Z Know the Difference Between Real and Fake

The younger Generation Z⁣ will tell you in the comments what they think in a heartbeat. They are skilled at Google search and finding information about people and companies online.

If you have high quality products and your intentions are good, marketing to this age group will be effortless.

Most importantly, tell stories, educate, entertain and inspire. Show them a part of who you are as a brand or company and be as real as possible.

FUN FACTS ABOUT GENERATION Z AND MARKETING
